This is my 6th round on this thread: Round 1 loss 3.7, Round 2 loss 2.7, Round 3 loss 8.9, Round 4 loss 4.0
19.3 total loss over 4 rounds, 400 days. Round 5 loss 4.6.
23.9 pound loss over 500 days.
I always reach for a 10 pound loss each 100 even though that hasn't happened.
I keep track of calories left over at the end of each day, in the Green on the MFP tracker. My aim is 500+ average calories in the Green each day - this would lead to a 5lb loss over 100 days.
Day 1: Mon, 4/5: 133.1 - I actually dnw, I am using my EW from the last round. 1049 in the Green
Day 2: Tues, 4/6: 143.3 - Ouch.
Day 3: Wed, 4/7:
Day 4: Thurs, 4/8:
Day 5: Fri, 4/9:
Day 6: Sat, 4/10:
1st Week Goal Weight: 131.1
1st Week Actual Weight: N/A
Excess calories left over in the Green on the tracker:
Start weight 133.1
Goal weight 123.1 (I have yet to reach this, but aiming for it anyway)

@Chalmation - How were the crawfish last weekend? The ones we had were from Louisiana transported to Houston ... easiest shells I've ever peeled. Love it when we cook our own here since most the restaurants sprinkle their spices after cooking (yuck) instead of putting them in the water like we grew up with.
