Goals, almost like last month
* 75 mins of planks ✅
* 75 min other isometrics ✅*
* 20 pushups ✅
* 6:00 on the wall sit (or more) ✅✅
* Rief's 7:00 plank workout, unmodified ✅
* the 20min iso of growingannanas x 3 3️⃣✅
* 74 other isometrics, but quite confident that I missed count at some point and the Epic had some more that I omitted to record6/1: 3:00 planks during Epic + 15 pushups
6/2: 3:00 during workout w. Rachel Gulotta
6/3: only planks, 2:00 during Epic + 4:00 workout with Heather Robertson
6/4: 2:00 during workout
6/5: a 15:00 plank workout by Girvain, totally doable, unlike some of her days of Epic 😉
6/6: 5:00 with Soh
6/7: 7:00 planks + 2:00 legs isometrics, because yeah, all the pushups...
6/8: 20 min isometrics w. growingannanas
6/9: about 4:00 legs isometrics during Epic, Day 47 (legs day) + 6:00 planks workout with Heather Robertson
6/10: about 6:00 planks, Tabata Style with Raneir Pollard (love him!) + 6:00 wall sit (last minute was crazy!)
6/11: 7:00 w. Reif. Only time this month, I keep getting pain in the wrong places + 4:00 wall sit
6/12: none, did a killer hike
6/13: I forgot what I did!
6/14: 5:00 planks during Epic (just because... pushups 🤷♀️) + 5:00 wall sit
6/15: 3:00 planks + 2:00 legs during Epic
6/16: about 7:00 planks during Epic HIIT (I finished the program, btw 🎉), because she had planks and... pushups! Also, 4:00 wallsit, in between, because I needed to read an email 😁
6/17: 4:00 planks during a HIIT workout + 6:00 wall sit. Also, various pushups during HIIT.
6/18: ? 🤷♀️
6/19: rest day
6/20: 4:30 legs holds during Epic II
6/21: 3:00 planks during Epic II
6/22: 4:30planks (Epic II)
6/23: rest day
6/24: 2:30 planks during HIIT w Rachel Gulotta
6/25: 5:00 planks during HIIT with HasFit + about 0:30 wallsit
6/26: 1:30 legs + 3 planks (Epic II)
6/27: growingannanas, but skipped the abs. So 10 min isometrics for legs + 5:00 planks
6/28: 4:30 during a new HIIT workout
6/29: 6:00 planks (Epic) + 4:30 legs iso
6/30: growingannanas' isometrics workout, but only legs & core
Total:
122:00 planks + 69:00 leg + 5:00 abs isometrics
Pushups in a row: 20 on 6/7 and 6/28
Wall sit: 6 mins on 6/10 and 6/170 -
June 30th was a rest day so total was 108 minutes - goal achieved!2
