Recently had to see a specialist because docs thought my hip was gone but turns out it was my back again .. another prolapse disc .
So maybe you’re on the right thinking track?
Dr Google said it could be from the back. Perhaps I'll work on that. I actually stretched my back today and after that it felt better1 -
30 items on my work to-do list this week, plus 2 meetings and 3 medical appointments. And a bunch of stuff I need to do outside of work. And my writing business that desperately needs my attention.
It’s only Tuesday and I’m already exhausted 😴0 -
Got a call from my mortgage company. Because of increased property taxes, plus home insurance rates going up across the board, my monthly mortgage payment just jumped $400 per month!
So it's the escrow part of your mortgage payment that is increasing. The good news is that if they overreacted and increased it by too much, you'll get a check from them at the end of the year. There's a limit as far as how much a mortgage company can legally hold in escrow. If, after your insurance and taxes are paid, the amount left is over that limit, they have to give it back to you.
Depending on how long you have had your mortgage and how much is left on your loan, you might be able to close your escrow account. I did this to keep my mortgage payment consistent. But, then you are responsible for paying the insurance and property taxes on your own.

Wow, I've never been so insulted in my life. When printing on someone else's computer, I was hit with a pic on a website of someone I don't....er...like and said "*kitten* you, person I don't like" and my co worker said she thought I liked him! I'm like "NO! I would NEVER vo....er like him!"
I feel so dirty now-1 -
Adding $34 in fees to $54 tickets is INSANE. Plus $9 insurance just in case. For a concert I’m only going to because a friend invited me to go. Coulda saw twenty one pilots for that.
Who are you seeing?
Also, having a pretty bad week and things aren't looking up, lost weight I didn't need to lose, and can't eat a big ole piece of cake I wouldn't normally eat to multi task gaining some weight back and making myself feel better mentally...2 -

They expect her to pass away at any time.
😢
She passed away last night.
Side note: when the assisted living gave her the Heimlich they broke 5 ribs and her sternum.
Is that normal? Does anyone know?
Seems drastic to me, she was a small woman but physically healthy.
Sorry to hear this. My deepest sympathies for your loss.1 -

Stevie Nicks. Horrible seats. Lol
I’m sorry you’re having a rough week.

I don’t know. She’s at a Basketball Arena so it’s a pretty big venue. I don’t really listen to her or follow her aside if she comes on when I’m making myself listen to old music. Lol.
I’m sure you will still have a great time 👍 let your hair down and enjoy 😉1 -
That's so funny. She's a total icon and so are Fleetood Mac and their history but I was never into them. If I were sociable and liked concerts and had the patience for people, I would totally sneak off to Twenty One Pilots with you! 😁1

Having to prioritize the job that pays my bills over the creative side business that actually makes me happy. Leading to the creative side business not making any money because I don’t have enough time/mental energy leftover to put into it.
Also the bagel I planned to eat for breakfast was full of mold so now I have to go to the grocery store for the third time this week. 😡1 -
People with no sense of humour UGh! Lighten up mate enjoy the life you have you never know what’s around the corner or when it’s gonna end 🥴2

My own carelessness yet again.
So I have a puppy that is chewing everything except the 12 chew toys lying around for that purpose. She particularly likes wood. I have some of that deterrent bitter spray left over from the last puppy so I've been anointing all her chew spots with little effect. She started in on the room divider yesterday so I sprayed it and I guess some leaked onto my hand and then I mindlessly put my finger near my mouth (think I wiped something off my lip) and OMG that stuff is nasty! Then I'm drinking and eating everything in sight to try and get rid of that godawful taste, to no avail.
Why doesn't it deter a dog from chewing? It tastes horrid.2 -
I came across the a car accident on my drive to work this morning, entire road was cordoned off it was that messy, police directing traffic to detour onto side streets. But there wasn't a single sign where to go from there! If you want to set up a detour, please, for the love of all things holy, set up additional signs at correct streets for cars unfamiliar with the area to follow. Don't just assume everybody knows where they're going, especially if the detour begins by diving into residential streets, which don't follow a nice, clean north-south-east-west grid pattern, but instead have curves, angles, dead ends, etc. I was literally 30 seconds from work when the detour began, but it took me almost 15 minutes to finally actually get the rest of the way there!1

When you bump into someone you haven’t seen in years, barely knew, and they proceed to tell you their life story.

I used to have these coworkers who thought they needed to eat a full meal right before going to the gym - which I always thought was so strange because they would eat breakfast, then eat lunch, then eat another meal right before going to the gym in the afternoon, then they'd workout, then eat dinner. I tried to explain to them that they were just negating the work they were doing by eating a full extra meal every day but they thought I was being stupid lol
eta: and they were trying to lose weight as well, this wasn't a bulking situation.0 -

I like to have an hour at least from my last meal before hitting the gym and two is preferable.
I also agree with the basis of what you were trying to tell your friends. Specifically if they were trying to lean out.
I just do not enjoy feeling so full when I’m
exercising. To each their own though.1 -

Same. I don't like eating a full meal beforehand.
I'll admit those wraps looked amazing, though
