    @deepwoodslady At Chinese/Thai skip the rice or noodles and ask for steamed vegetables. Much less likely to cause an insulin/carb reaction. I still get my fave General Tso’s chicken but don’t get the reaction I would if I ate (even part of) that massive pile of rice.

    @tiabirdie56 Tish, I used something like that weight predictor years ago and it said it was going to take some crazy long period to lose my weight. It was downright depressing. Either that or I couldn’t cut my calories by the percentage I wanted. Since I don’t count calories, I didn’t and don’t care about them and lost the weight much sooner than that PREDICTION. I ate protein and fat yesterday. Down 2.5 today. Bye bye carb loaded weekend!
