    Hello again, everyone!!
    My name is Ana. Some months after my husband passed away I was at my highest weight (180 lbs). I was 175 lbs when I started with MFP 5+ years ago. Using MFP I was able to get back to a healthy weight through diet and exercise and I kept the weight off for years.
    Unfortunately, Corona times were tough on me (in many ways) and on June 16th on a visit to the doctor I learned that I was up to 156.4 lb so I am back to this community to encourage myself to reach 121 lb by the end of July of 2022.

    Highest Weight: 180 lbs
    MFP Start: 175 lbs
    2021 Highest (June): 156.4 lbs
    June Start/End: 156.4 / 151.8 (- 4.6)
    July Start/End: 151.8 / 148.4 (- 3.4)
    August Start/End: 150.2 / 146.4 (- 3.8)
    September goal: 142.4 lbs
    Ultimate goal: Weigh 121 lbs or less by 06/2022


    09/05: 145.8 (- .6) Low motivation
    09/11: 145.6 (- .2) Low motivation, close to TOM
    09/18: 143.4 (- 2.2) Decided to be kinder to myself
    09/25: 142.4 (- 1.0) I've reached my monthly goal and have 5 days to spare. So proud of myself! Now the plan is to not celebrate too much and undo the achievement 😅

    My Name is Sallu. My weight is 92kgs . I am 5'4 . I have gone into depression of losing my parents and My marriage lasted for few days only . I took divorce as he was wild in nature due to all this personal problems .I indulged into food and became obese. My goal weight is 60kgs. I need motivation to reach my goal weight and become slim and get married to a good guy .Still single ready to mingle... 😀
