9/9- 155.6-  feeling optimistic about the 10 days. Also started using a habit tracker which keeps me mindful and gives me a visual to my progress on behaviors I am working on (like good sleep hygeine). Today is leg day and a 1.5 mile jog.

36YO F on my second round! I once tipped the scales at 395. I’ve done a lot of hard work with IF to get to where I am now, and came to MFP to finally see my goal come to fruition. These 10 day challenges are great. I can do anything for 10 days!

9/9 223.4- Ended the day yesterday with 80g net carbs, plenty of water, and got my strength training in. I’m a bit upset this morning as I’m UP by 1.8lbs from yesterday, despite staying pretty perfectly on plan. I have no explanation aside from some still lingering PMS effects?! It’s been 9 days of this now though, and I’m tired of it. Blah. Still, I rise.

Calorie/Carb Cycling with an average of 1200 to 1400 calories at the end of 10 days. 80 oz water each day. Row/Walk most days. Focus on getting enough vegetables.

Nowadays, I don't exercise at all. Why, oh why not? How can I go from loving exercise and doing tons of exercise to nothing at all?

@deepwoodslady, Donna, The tiktok tomato feta "pasta" was great! I'm not a pasta fan, but my son is and he loved it. Also, I hadn't planned on eating a muffin yesterday, but I did tell you that I would try one and let you know how it tasted. It was good! I tossed some blueberries in this batch.

Went on a run with my husband early yesterday morning. I run more consistently and further than he does, he's only an occasional runner. There is quite a height difference (he's 6'3 and I'm barely 5'4), so his stride is much bigger than mine but I usually have no issue keeping pace with him - not yesterday. He was on fire and I was not feeling it! Maybe it will take a few runs to get my body used to runny early morning instead of mid-day. But still happy, to have a running partner!

9/09 - 145.8 - Wowza, did not see that coming. But yesterday was a light day on food, didn't munch on too awful much through the day. Bagel for breakfast, leftover garlic parmesan baked chicken for lunch, and beef stew for dinner. 90oz water. Have some leftover beef stew for lunch today. FamWife is having an event tonight so likely eating out to go support her. Will try to keep things in check there. Went for a run this morning. Fitbit Premium has their trial at 90 days so I signed up for it and did a little core/glute and stretching workout video from that. Excited to see how it goes and if it'll be worth keeping after the trial ends in December.

Challenge for this round is to stay on track – Friday we are off for our main 2 weeks holiday, no flying abroad this year (due to Covid), we shall be taking our touring caravan, so for the major part I will be responsible for both choosing & providng food, so hope to come back at least the same as today, a loss will be a bonus – any loss will be a win! Covid restrictions have mostly been lifted in England – we reached “freedom day” 2 months ago, but remember there is still a pandemic: Covid is still around! Continue to wash hands, be kind, wear a mask in public indoor settings, always consider others.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

9/8 134.2 – very pleased with this number, 1 pound down from end of last round, but very importantly I am back on track. Lunch with 4 of my siblings yesterday at Hickory Smokehouse, but despite all of their choices as least mine were sensible, I didn't feel deprived and I was able to stay within limits for the day – consistency is paramount. 9.81 miles walked yesterday.

9/9 134.8 – 10 miles walked yesterday. I failed the iron test when I went to give blood; one more point down & I would have been referred to my GP, I feel I do have a balanced diet with sufficient iron (MFP shows that too!), I went on a bit of a chocolate feast when I got home Why ??!! So plans to increase iron in diet now in hand.

9/9-170 Walked 4 miles in the morning, some with the dogs and the rest with the horse, then rode. Came home and put the patio furniture together.
