It’s mid afternoon and I was just having hunger pains
So I had an apple then waited, but still hungry so I had a homemade bran muffin with the last of my midday smoothie
Now I’m resting before dinner
I still cook for myself and hubby
Hard not to have leftovers cooking for 2 so tonight it’s meatloaf with canned corn

Just made 2 German Apple cakes

The menu includes potato & mushroom soup and caesar salad

I've yoyoed up and down these past weeks, but I started at 175lbs, at the weekend I was 171.6.
I just check and last year I was 180lbs for 24th October 2020 and I realised I am actually at my lowest for the past year.
And by the way todays my birthday, but still early 40s..just 😉🥳.3 -

C.W. is 225 I'm trying to lose 1 pound a week so with new years being 10 weeks away that puts me at 215. IMO (the only one that counts) this goal should be possible even with all the upcoming holiday feast. Then we will focus on 200 by May!2

I have a goal for 31st Dec so basically yes! I want to get to 140lbs by then. I hope to get there by mid December really so that I can have a bit of buffer room for Christmas and New Year. I'm at 157lbs now so that gives me 3 months to lose 17lbs which is just over 1lb a week- might be doable but f I don't quite make it then no biggy, it just gives me a head start on the 'New Year, New Me' lot 😜
Once I get to 140lbs I think I'll try and maintain for a while and focus on my fitness then try to lose another 10lbs or so by early summer.

I'm back! Today is "November 16th" and good news! I've made it to (137.0) finally : ). (137.6) to be exact* Took a long time to get here. Glad I made it, this isn't the only GW. This is just one small goal acquired .That took months and months(Me not doing all I know I should have. Weigh that food and all condiments.. In reality, I was 240 on Oct 1st, 2017. I did really good and ended up at 184 in February 2018. Then just stopped. Moved to a new town. Didn't keep up with the program. Oh, I half-heartedly checked in, but then just gave up. My heart wasn't in it. So this time around, I need to make sure all those obstacles that I allowed to get in my way back then, doesn't get in my way this time.2 -
