    Cutting it close but anything under 200 and I'll be happy.
    I just want to be able to wear a flattering sequined dress in a standard size lol.. Hopefully 190 will get me that lol

    Years ago, while caring for my mom, I use to do this exercise routine, ‘Super Hero Pose’.
    It consists of standing tall, feet apart, chin up, and hands on your hips with elbows bent. Then you look yourself in the eyes and say ‘how strong and capable you are’

    It’s done in front of a mirror and FOR 2 minutes.
    It seemed to work for energy and staying focused.
