That's what I'm trying to do too. Never see them 140's again. I'm 140.8lbs and been stuck here for a while. I'll just be glad to not see it again. with a lower number, been trying to get to 137lbs forever now. Body just love that 140-142 lbs. for some reason. I did get down to 138.8 in July for one day. then I never saw it again sigh..6 -

Years ago, while caring for my mom, I use to do this exercise routine, ‘Super Hero Pose’.
It consists of standing tall, feet apart, chin up, and hands on your hips with elbows bent. Then you look yourself in the eyes and say ‘how strong and capable you are’

It’s done in front of a mirror and FOR 2 minutes.
It seemed to work for energy and staying focused.
