    homemade overnight oats which has 4 different seeds included, topped with strawberries, a few raspberries from the garden and a dollop of Greek yogurt

    1. 2 boiled eggs,🥚
    2. A tiny piece of boiled no-skin chicken breast, 🍗
    3. A tiny slice of wholewheat bread, 🍞
    4. Carrot & cabbage salad, 🥕🥬
    5. Pomegranate seeds, 🍎
    6. Double Espresso with 1 teaspoon if stevia sugar, ☕️
    7. Lots of water prior all of this.💧

    Feel very full, And still it is in a nice light range of some 400 kcal! 🥰

    Left over pasta fagioli and a soft boiled egg, black coffee

    Two cups English breakfast tea with milk, a Pure Protein bar, an apple, and 2 ginger chocolate dipped cookies (I'm on vacation). Still under 450 calories.
