    @matratazola There are NO ESSENTIAL CARBOHYDRATES so I think “not enough” isn’t a thing.

    I use the Senza app since I can track either net or total carbs. And it’s free! I didn’t like MFP or a couple of other tracking apps I tried-unfortunately I can’t remember what they were.

    I found that I often dropped between day 10 of a round and day 1 of the next. Those losses dropped into a “black hole” as they weren’t recorded. I started figuring Round averages and posting the day 10 weight on the next round’s posts. Don’t want to misplace those losses!!! 😁
