No need for the frowny face for a week of maintenance. Losing almost 2.5 kilos in three weeks is a pretty significant loss!
To look at it another way, with only seven kilos to lose, a rate of a 0.25 kilo per week is a good rate; you're losing pretty fast at almost four times that rate at 0.8 per week. Even a half kilo per week is kind of aggressive with so little left to your goal.
It's normal to have weeks without loss. Stick to it and success awaits!2 -

Thanks! I know I shouldnβt be annoyed about maintaining this week, and I am very happy with this months loss. I have a tendency to set my standards and expectations too high - setting myself up to fail - but I will stick with it π3 -

Ok, this weight gain is definitely not realistic. Of course I have to be starting my period right at the end of this challenge Plus a few days of poor diet choices near the end probably made me retain some water on top of that...
So I'm not going to technically log this weight gain. I will simply remain conscious of it, and try to balance myself out before we start next months challenge!5 -

Iβm feeling very happy with my progress this month. Iβve been maintaining for a long while now, whilst βtryingβ to lose. In reality I hadnβt been sticking to my calories and this month shows that it does work - you just have to actually stick to it consistently!
