    December 3—208.1 pounds… there it goes up…Popeyes chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese last night for dinner. I know better than to eat that much at night. Feeling stuffed this morning and needing to drink a gallon of water to quench my thirst. Logged it…Acknowledged it… and moving forward. Making a big salad for lunch! 🥗 Happy Day 3!

    December 4…209.2…Took my daughter to an awesome all-day campus visit with seminars and tours in Bowling Green today. Feeling happily exhausted. She really loved this school.

My stretch goal by New Years Eve is 200 pounds… but I’ll be happy to see 205. Gonna push through this. Making veggie taco soup for dinner tonight. Meal planning and drinking lots of water helps so much! Happy Tuesday! 😁

    December 2 - 192 (Had a work dinner out last night to celebrate my 15 year work anniversary. Volunteering tonight so I have to work extra hard to find time for my exercise.)

    December 5 - 191.8 (Setting up the Christmas tree today. Yay!)

    Ok, I missed weighing in and almost passed on doing it this morning! When I don’t weigh in, I gain! Every time


    5’5” 52 years old. Highest weight 138 (this summer)
    Managed to lose 3.2 lbs in November by doing this 31 day challenge and holding myself accountable…. My goal weight is 125, I don’t have far to go and I have a very nice winter wardrobe that is motivator for me. Goal = 4 lbs for December

    Hello members. My name is Mary, 61 years old and my driver's license says 5'7" but I just measured myself and 5' 5 1/4 inches. I wanted to say thanks for the support this group has given to me. I enjoy the sharing of updates as we face our challenges in attaining a healthier version of ourselves.

    This has been my most consistent month so far. I prefer the consistency. I have 3 lbs to lose to reach my December goal. I really think we all should applaud the fact that we are on this journey to our healthier version of ourselves in the fun crazy month of December and not forget in a pandemic. 👏👏👏
