Jan 7 186 (I knew today would be higher because of good food and drinks with friends last night). Today is one year since restarting my weight loss journey and I’ve lost 28 pounds this year and down total 51. I’m proud of myself.
Jan 12 188. Ugh I know I’m bloated from pms and eating yummy food while on vacay this weekend and the number will go back down but still disheartening to see.
Jan 18 186.5 still high. Period is late and haven’t gotten fully back into routine. I know I didn’t gain 5 pounds in a week so just need to keep drinking tons of water and moving a lot.1 -
