    Bit of weight gain over the holidays. 2021 overall was not good forweight loss.

    Don't weigh myself everyday.

    Heaviest weight: 212 lbs
    January start weight: 172.3 lbs
    January goal weight: under 170 lbs

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs
    2021: lost 5.1 lbs

    Gained some weight since I stopped tracking in October (7-10lbs). Also headed to shark week, and my daily weight almost always fluctuate anyways, but I miss being on a diet and running. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Done my shark week, and going to start tracking. Work is so busy, I get too distracted to track. Gyms shut down again today, but I have bike and weights at home so no excuses ๐Ÿ’ช

    Jan 7 186 (I knew today would be higher because of good food and drinks with friends last night). Today is one year since restarting my weight loss journey and Iโ€™ve lost 28 pounds this year and down total 51. Iโ€™m proud of myself.
