Strange…..Anyhow, It’s been an up & down week with my weight showing lower than 2 weeks ago and about exactly the same as last week. The goal is progress, not stagnancy! (Is that EVEN a word?). I’ve got to dig deeper this week!
WK21 May 23: 204.8…..(Trendweight: 203.1)….. An overnight jump up of 1.8 lbs. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, but I won’t make excuses. Some travel yesterday but I was there and back in about 4 hours so no meal out was necessary.

WK23 Jun 06: 205.2…..(Trendweight: 204.0)….. Closed all my circles yesterday on fitbit for the first time in awhile. 3 meals but not such good choices. Very bloated and had a hard time peeing (sorry so graphic). Ended up taking AZO and up all night going potty. I’ll make better choices today. I didn’t like seeing that 5. New handyman coming today so I shall see how that goes. Very rainy and gloomy here today and it rained all night too, but we needed it badly.

Goal for 2022: <200 (Dr set target to reach & stay under 200)
Stretch Goal for 2022: <170 (Overweight instead of obese)

Last week's successes: Journaled every bite and I was much better at not grazing on salty snacks. 4x strength training class! Plan to keep it up all of January
This week's challenges: Drink more water and get the daily net calories (total consumed - exercise calories earned) - back under 1500 as a step in the right direction.

BACK for the end of this year reporting my weekly WIs. I cannot ignore the weight gain and need to tackle it head on. Doesn't matter that this is the HOLIDAY SEASON. If I wait until 2023 to kick off the effort I will just be back where I was when I started this journey. So turning the situation around ... and reporting in.2
