How do I view my history of routines?

It may sound like a stupid question, but I cannot find the history of the execution of the routines I made,
for example, If I created a routine named "push day one #" and entered:
bench 120kg 12 reps * 3
press 70kg 8 reps * 3
and so on...
and the next day week, I log the same routine but with different numbers by using the "update routine"-
bench 125kg 14 reps * 3
press 75kg 10 reps * 3
and so on...
But all I can see in the app is only the most recent routine and not the previous numbers!
The diary only says "gym workout" but without details...
I have a makeshift solution of creating a new routine with the duplicate button and writing "push day one # 09/01/22" but that cannot possibly be the solution
Any thoughts?
