After over 2 years of trying to conceive, I have been told I need to reach 90kg before I can start fertility treatments.

I have been a habitual yo-yo dieter since my teens and have fluctuated between 65kg and 115kg.

Main motivations:
- achieve pregnancy
- learn better habits to pass on to future children
- longer, healthier life
- feel more comfortable physically

I would love to make some MFP friends who can cheer for me, while I cheer for them ❤️🤞

    Hello!

I have similar goals, and struggle with getting started, and staying on track when an obstacle presents itself. It certainly doesn't help that I'm a professional cake decorator with a sweet tooth!

Losing weight to get pregnant, better habits for my kids, longer and healthier life, etc. I know I can do this, as I've done it before, and I know you can do this, too! ❤

I'm starting small, with just adding a 15-20 minute workout to my busy day (there's lots of videos on YouTube, and I go to the Tone-It-Up channel). I know I need to drink more water. Then I plan on adding an extra fruit or veggie at every meal, while eating a bit less of whatever else is on my plate.

    We can do this!
