Hi everyone. I am Jenny. I am 65 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I am looking to lose 20 kgs to start with. I am currently 92kgs having lost 1.3kgs in 3 days by following this plan. I am struggling to get enough fats and proteins without increasing the carbs. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
