Going back to the basics, who's coming with me?

My name is Kat. I'm 33 and currently in Louisville Kentucky. September 2021 I hit my highest weight, through counting calories I'm down 23 pounds. Just had lower lumbar surgery, dealing with physical therapy has kinda lit a fire to get back on the wagon. TRYING to get back on a sorta vegetarian diet. I'm up for general conversation and accountability communications.
