Here we go again....

Well, 3 time in 6 years starting weight loss.

I'm so, so daunted this time because I how hard it is!

But my reasons for climbing this hill have changed too... still want to feel confortable in my own skin, but its just as much about health.

So let's do this!

I understand! If I look back I may have joined over 10 years ago and here I am again. The struggle is real! I could use some friends on the same journey.
