Used the free program many years ago, and it helped. My main problem with "dieting" has always been once I get to goal weight, I assume I'm good. Hence, my prior (bad) eating habits creep back in, slowly. So, I start to gain back. So, yep, I'm a yo-yo dieter. I just need to realize this isn't exactly a diet per se, it should be teaching me better habits of eating healthier and more mindfully. But, here I am again. I'm going to try to learn new habits and also not be hard on myself if I make a "mistake" as in I overeat something or a day full. This will be a new experience for me as I've dieted pretty much off and on all my life (I'll be 70 the end of June!). So, this is NOT a diet. It is a learning experience to teach me the best way to deal with food for my body. So, here I go again....hopefully for the last time....
