Body Clock Says Sleep!!

Am I the only one who is not yet adjusting to Daylight Savings Time? I have done nothing else to change my routine or eating habits, but getting up in the dark is killing me, and the extra hour of daylight at night goes to waste because I have no energy left. I am also hungry all of the sudden and for stuff I never want (like not since I was a child). What are you doing that has helped?

    I am also completely intolerant of the time change. Bought a Phillips daylight alarm and it is amazingly helpful!
