Help we all need, agree?

At 288 lbs I needed so much help. Diabetic, neuropathy, used a power chair. But I needed help so much help. Do you relate? I found the 5% Challenge and am now at 175, but i did not do it alone.
Did you know the 2022 Spring 5% Challenge is now open for new members? We work weekly on 2 healthy habits! Being healthy of course includes our food choices, but So much more!! In our last challenge we worked on these, and more: tracking our food, what is our BMR? Why does it matter? Meal planning, the benefits of (This week MANY lost weight! More than the average!) A bedtime routine (Many afterwards who didn't think would help said quickly otherwise, some have kept this up and are sleeping so much better. Sounds good huh?) If one was not at the lower end of their personal calorie range it was cut 100 calories!! WOW! Again more than the average lost weight, and SO OTHERS!!
Not all of these (Called LTGL= Living The Good Life) were easy for many, and that's okay! It's a journey not a perfection along with exercise, which helps one of the 8 teams you are on! WOW this always motivates me personally to do my BEST!!
Come and see how much your own habits, exercise (Exercise at your current level please, never ever incur an injury by trying to do more than you are capable of) along with members with the same goals helps you along your weight loss, life improvement!
