Goal: Fitness as a Lifestlye

Hello everyone! I'm new to MFP and enjoying it so I decided to start engaging in community. So far I've lost 2.5" on my waist and gained 1" on my hips. I workout 5 days a week with 2 low impact days (yoga, stretching, walking.) Currently in a recomp phase. My overall goal is muscle gains and making fitness a lifestyle. Looking forward to learning, growing, and contributing to the community. Happy fitness and best of luck to everyone on their goals! <3

    Those are great results so far - wishing you much success as you move forward.

    You might enjoy the Exercise and Fitness part of the Community, plus there are some fun things in Challenges to get involved with others. Every single challenge isn't for everyone, but the choices are diverse.
