Hi all, I’m elli, new to here but apparently I signed up 75 days ago also! Who knows! I’m on week 1 day 7 of my new diet. I’m a run/Walker from South Wales in the UK. Im about 14 stone and want to be 12, so I’m starting to cut those cals and concentrate on my health for once!

Not diet. Lifestyle change.
Diet implies temporary and that’s where people lose it. Post after post of “I’m back again!” because people reached goal, reverted to old habits and gained it all back.
Ugh. Who wants to do this again?
