Hello everyone! I’m a newbie here. I have never really had trouble losing weight before but after having two babies, hitting my thirties and just the overall stress of work and daily living my body has been changing in ways that I wish that it wouldn’t. The struggle is real and what I’m doing is no longer working. I’m here hoping to find healthier ways and ideas of leading a newer/healthier lifestyle.
