Introducing Myself

Hi I am Bill, I am 46 and here to get into better health with good nutrition and exercise. Also I am recovering from a recent shoulder surgery so I am a bit limited in the exercise part. I can walk ride a stationary bike. But for now that is all I am able to do. Any good feed back anyone had is welcome.

    Good luck keep logging your food and working out when you can consistency works just do what you feel you can and you will see results even little bits will help.

    I started out walking, doing basic yoga, and stretching several times a week.

    I’ve been successful counting calories and as I lost, I upped both exercise, and enjoyment of.

    Turns out, exercise sucks when you’re fat and lazy, but it’s FUN when you’re neither.

    Don’t discount simple walking. 😇
