Good Day, I don't usually do this, but I am putting this out there for all to see. I am a 64 yo male in need to lose weight and get healthy. I am going to say I need to lose about 20 pounds to start. I also want to regain my health by making better food choices and getting more exercise. I am using this app as a means for accountability in what I eat. Please wish me good luck in my journey.
