My entire life I struggled with gaining or maintaining weight...up until 3 years ago. For 46 years I could eat anything I wanted and wouldn't go over 120 lbs. Then the weight started sticking, to the point I am now overweight. Now I need to figure out how to eat healthier and exercise to drop around 60 lbs. Any suggestions and/or encouragement is greatly appreciated.
