New to my fitness pal!

My name is Kait! I have had a Rocky fitness journey that has went extreme to dormant multiple times. I’ve did four different types of martial arts and i was in extremely good shape but I couldn’t show for it because my eating was right. Sadly, I’m not doing martial arts anymore but after a long break of 3 ish months (I’ve had multiple long breaks over the course of 3-4 years) I lost all my muscle and put on around 15lbs… That was the most recent break. I know I know lol not good! I could never seem to stay consistent for long periods of time. This time something sparked in me to go the extra mile! So the past two weeks I’ve gotten back into weight lifting and I’ve already improved so much in strength and appearance. I am weighing out everything I eat so I can get a “summer bod” lol but most importantly I want to be the healthiest I have ever been and have a good relationship with food for the first time in my life!
