I’m new here, looking for friends for motivation. Have successfully lost 20lbs doing intermittent fasting, but I’ve plateaued. Stress from work and school, I’m assuming. Graduation is coming up and looking to push a little harder. Feel free to add me 😊

    hey there, sent you a friend request. Congrats on losing the 20lbs though-that is no small feat. I am hopping back on the weight loss train so to speak myself and I would love all the motivation and advice I can get. what is your favorite way to de-stress so to speak?

    Well done on losing 20 pounds. I clean houses and never stop to eat lunch so I fast but not purposely 😂. Sending a FR your way.
