    March and April were a bust (birthdays, vacation, my pole studio shut down).
    But May is looking promising (new pole studio, half marathon training, fitness challenge at work).

    I don't weigh myself everyday.

    Heaviest weight: 212 lbs
    May start weight: 177.4 lbs
    May goal weight: 175.9 lbs

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs
    2021: lost 5.1 lbs

    Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
    Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
    Mar gain: 1.6 lbs
    Apr gain: 4.5 lbs

    Hi all! Am so joining this group. I need to shed those kgs and i need motivation so badly!!

    Lately I've been eating really bad, so much of chocolates, sweets etc. Gradually will reduce!!

    Quite the disheartening start, especially since yesterday’s food choices wasn’t as bad as they could’ve been imo. But ok, today was fine food wise, and I got a run in this evening.

    May 3: 201.6, dang it, I was doing well in the New Year then my husband broke his arms and here I am after 3 months of stress eating. He is on the mend thankfully, but I need to get control over this stress eating!

    4 May - 60.5 kg. Yesterday was ok food-wise, did give in to a small snack after my eating window closed but managed to stop there. Also did a lunch walk. Today I want to keep on track with food and push my eating window to 12 - 6 pm. Also have a zumba class scheduled for this evening.

    Yesterday went well, got a walk in. I also tried a chia seed thing with almond milk for lunch, it was actually kind of nice with vanilla and cinnamon. That may be my go-to when I need a sweet snack.

    I really need to join the gym again, but I am going to start with bodyweight exercises and my weights at home until then. Going to do that today.
