Good day yesterday, got 2 walks in, a little sore from bodyweight exercises, but not as bad as starting right into weights, so I am going to do bodyweight and light weights until I start at the gym, ease into it, haha!

New to this group, but not to MFP. Just looking for a place to motivate me and track my progress.
Covid has not been kind to my waistline!

Welcome @RENAEJAE . We may not be the most talkative group, but we're all on a similar path. Happy to have you join us. :)

@wiley1st I hear you. Wide fluctuations for me too, though if I'm being honest, I also haven't been completely on track. Go easy on yourself. You're doing great and have made fantastic progress.

    Happy weekend, everyone.

After dinner yesterday went for a good hour walk. Ended up with a migraine so did not do bodyweight exercises. May do them today, I feel a lot better.

March and April were a bust (birthdays, vacation, my pole studio shut down).

My fat cells were screaming at me last night, so I held off on any snacks. Even with the hemp/chia/flax noatmeal I had yesterday morning with eggs and sun dried tomatoes, I still lost some, so that was a good decision. Also planted all of my seedlings and took a walk.

@wildstarsgirl Thanks for the encouragement. Re-grounds and reminds me that daily weight changes are normal, even when they're going the wrong way. I've been slacking the last 3 days and it shows that consistency in calorie intake and exercise wasn't there. I'm not going to beat myself up over slacking a bit after being strict for so long. I'm looking at this as a gentle reminder to get back on track.
