Oh hi ππ» Looking to no longer be "out" of shape. I'll be 30 here on 5/5 and my goal is by 31 to lose 40 more lb of fat. Started a mini cut today for 8 weeks so wish me all the best! I've crashed dieted before but alwayyysss put the pounds back on. Not this time. Fat Jeremy will die, skinnier Jeremy will finally be able to play softball again in less pain, ha. Thanks!

It sounds like you have a better plan this time: Crash diets IME are not ideal.
Finding new, relatively happy habits - both eating and activity - that result in a gradual off-ramp from overweight to a healthy weight, then can be continued long term to stay at a healthy weight almost on autopilot . . . IMO, that's the sweet spot. Habits!
