I don't exactly plan to take treats out of my lifestyle, I will be "good" all week including today where I will be having a giant salad out of my garden with some sort of protein added.
Day 70: Mon, 7/18: 141.3 - This is horrible. I was very "good" yesterday, I had better see a drop tomorrow.

I am happy to hear that you and your son are getting out for walks.
It is therapeutic in so many ways.
Nice bonding time for you both, fresh air, strengthening that heart muscle.
Once daily walks become a habit you won't feel "right" if you miss a day.
It came down to seeing you all hooked up for your son to understand how important activity is for you it sounds like, but so great that he is onboard. I think that he will begin to enjoy it and look forward to it too.

Day 71…..07/19…..200.6…..(Trend weight 200.3) The scale is finally leveling off. There is even a small 0.2 drop today. Maybe it will turn completely back around and wander back into Onederland. I took a long walk of over 30 minutes in my neighborhood with my son last night. The hardest part was my own driveway and my own street due to th4 steep inclines. The rest of it was broken up between hills, inclines and flat areas. Just random enough to make it possible for me. I don’t think my son was too thrilled but I know he is trying to help me keep my heart strong. He took it all more seriously when he saw me on the heart monitor at home with all the wires. Truthfully though, he needs the movement as much or more than me. He is 5’ 6” and weighs about 306 pounds. His BMI is over 50. He is 26 years old but his autism keeps him from fully understanding the gravity of his situation. I hope to get him out even more. Also, to get him dancing with me again! My blood pressure ran low all day yesterday. About 98/52 most of the day and evening. This morning running about the same again. I have no idea if I should be taking the BP meds when it runs this low. Anyone happen to know anything about that? I’ll also google what I can.

My blood pressure is still staying really low after the Covid recovery. I called the cardiologist office yesterday for advice on taking/not taking my meds but no call back. I have not taken them in 2 nights now. Even without the meds the numbers are running around 95/52. Sometimes a bit lower even. My BPM’s remain good at 88-92. I am back to babysitting my DGS on weekends starting in the morning. I can’t wait to see him tonight!

My blood pressure is still staying really low after the Covid recovery. I called the cardiologist office yesterday for advice on taking/not taking my meds but no call back. I have not taken them in 2 nights now. Even without the meds the numbers are running around 95/52. Sometimes a bit lower even. My BPM’s remain good at 88-92. I am back to babysitting my DGS on weekends starting in the morning. I can’t wait to see him tonight!

My daughter who lives with me decided she is getting married on Sept. 3rd. I’m talking a big wedding with full length white dress (a bit of purple trim because she has had a child). In this rural area we have NOTHING that will help. It will have to be trips and online shopping. I ordered her the dress last night and his suit online along with some accessories. Of course, there will need to be altering so I opted for expedited shipping. A local seamstress will help. This is a nightmare but I do want it to be perfect for her. Gotta watch what I put on my fork, I’d like to look my best for her pictures!

Hi all, I am jumping in late. But I will carry whatever I achieve here to the next 100 days' challenge. I have been facing the problem of weight cycling for a while now. Started at 87 kgs -> achieved 72 kgs, 72 kgs -> gained 81kgs, 81 kgs-> achieved 75 kgs, 75 kgs -> 80 kgs. Now I just want to get rid of this for good and never want to see these numbers again. I am currently @ 80kgs (177 lbs). The ultimate goal weight is 50 kgs (110 lbs). I am fairly active, I work out at least 4-5 days/week and get in 10k steps almost daily. It is my diet that puts me off many times. Hopefully not this time!

My daughter who lives with me decided she is getting married on Sept. 3rd. I’m talking a big wedding with full length white dress (a bit of purple trim because she has had a child). In this rural area we have NOTHING that will help. It will have to be trips and online shopping. I ordered her the dress last night and his suit online along with some accessories. Of course, there will need to be altering so I opted for expedited shipping. A local seamstress will help. This is a nightmare but I do want it to be perfect for her. I was brought a Chinese dinner and DD brought in cheesecake style cream pies. I ate part of the dinner and will eat the rest today for lunch or dinner. I did eat the pie. I’m grateful for no gain today on the scale. I’ll push water all day because of the Chinese food. It’s a nice treat since we don’t have any Chinese restaurants in the county. But I have to remain mindful! I am still over my start weight this round due to the big overnight Covid drop. I would love to at least match that start weight this round.

Hi all, I am jumping in late. But I will carry whatever I achieve here to the next 100 days' challenge. I have been facing the problem of weight cycling for a while now. Started at 87 kgs -> achieved 72 kgs, 72 kgs -> gained 81kgs, 81 kgs-> achieved 75 kgs, 75 kgs -> 80 kgs. Now I just want to get rid of this for good and never want to see these numbers again. I am currently @ 80kgs (177 lbs). The ultimate goal weight is 50 kgs (110 lbs). I am fairly active, I work out at least 4-5 days/week and get in 10k steps almost daily. It is my diet that puts me off many times. Hopefully not this time! I’m setting off a very ambitious goal of losing 2 lbs per week, but there are a lot of factors that I counted in, this is just to keep me going.

I was brought a Chinese dinner and DD brought in cheesecake style cream pies. I ate part of the dinner and will eat the rest today for lunch or dinner. I did eat the pie. I’m grateful for no gain today on the scale. I’ll push water all day because of the Chinese food. It’s a nice treat since we don’t have any Chinese restaurants in the county. But I have to remain mindful! I am still over my start weight this round due to the big overnight Covid drop. I would love to at least match that start weight this round.

My sodium was high due to the Chinese leftovers. Still one serving to go on that. This must be fluid retention. Traveling today for some wedding decorating supplies so lunch will be out. The last of the Chinese will probably be later tonight for dinner so I don’t expect tomorrow’s weight will be very good. I really don’t feel firmly planted in new decades unless it ends in a 7. I hope to hit 197 this week so I will feel confident on the fluctuations and fluid retention days.
