Day 99…..08/16…..200.6…..(Trend weight 199.5) It was not a good appointment with the endocrinologist. Naturally he wants me on insulin but I still think I can lose more weight and that always makes my oral meds more effective. I’ve asked him for some time. I see him again in 3 months. He is going to have me test more often and fax him the numbers. I was told before to fasting test in the morn, this one wants it morn, after meals and before meals rotated daily for a short bit so he can follow the pattern. He may up my Trulicity shot for now but he actually raised his voice about the insulin. I’ve got a lot of work to do if I want to avoid the insulin. I just don’t want to become insulin dependent. Travel again tomorrow way downstate for the breast cancer stuff. Let’s hope that goes better than last time when I ended up with emergency biopsy and then, ultimately surgery. I’ve got to get better control of my life or my health will only get worse! I know this.

This is the longest trip of all my medical trips and I get it done every year before the harsh Michigan winter hits. My son will be with me thjs year. Probably Golden Corral on the way home, it is his favorite. Scale will be up tomorrow but then I will be diligent again. I’ve got the wedding coming up and I don’t want to look like swine in my dress! I’ve got to stay on top of this glucose issue too.

Well I officially started and ended in my maintenance range.
This past 100 days included three vacations by plane and our return to office as well. Lots of change, so I'm happy I was able to stay on track.
My average weight over the 100 days was 164.3, so just slightly below where I started and ended!

Day 98: Mon, 8/15: 140.1 - Best be under 140 tomorrow! Back to normal sort of, eating up some beautiful leftovers - mindfully. Stuff that I don't normally make.
Day 99: Tues, 8/16: 139.4 - Hoping to lose that 0.4 by tomorrow morning. Yep, going to have gained this 100, but an even 3 pounds would be better than more.

You could probably weigh, the cast weight won't change, but you could see if you were going up and down.

I have a stress fracture in my foot and ankle that didn't heal correctly. This all allowed arthritis to set up. I also fell recently and tore the ligament on top of my foot and the tendon that is on the side of my foot. The only way to correct this is by surgery. My surgery was pushed off until next week due to my doctor being sick this week. It is possible that it might have to be rescheduled again, just waiting to see. I don't do as strenuous exercise as I did because of being in a walking boot, but I am trying hard to keep things in check. Thank you for asking. Well this is an improbably plateau. I have been the exact same weight every day for 6 days.I'm joining in late. I started this diet and myfitnesspal on May 31st. I do track my weight everyday. I find that it works for me mainly because it avoids making a weekly weigh in so impactful and therefore stressful. I am trying to lose 33.6 pounds in total. At my height the extra 33 pounds was making me borderline obese with a BMI of 29.5.
Hoping to do 1.5 pounds a week for now and then taper off to 1 pound and finally half a pound.

Day 77: Mon, 7/25: 156
Day 78: Tues, 7/26: 156.6
Day 79: Wed, 7/27: 158.2; YIKES!! Went the wrong way!
Day 80: Thurs, 7/28: 159; ok, so I didn’t see that coming. But tomorrow is a new day! I will make better choices.
Day 81: Fri, 7/29: Day 81: Fri, 7/29: 160.0; Honestly, I was expecting worse. Wasn't feeling well last night and hubby took me out for fast food. I know better but didn't feel like moving let alone cooking. I was WAY over on my calories for the day and way under for water. Today is a new day and I will work harder.

12th Week Goal Weight: 155 (7/28/22, at this point I would settle for my starting weight if possible). (7/28/22; new goal set. Hopefully I can get some of this water weight off and get down to 159. Crossing fingers!!)

This is the longest trip of all my medical trips and I get it done every year before the harsh Michigan winter hits. My son will be with me thjs year. Probably Golden Corral on the way home, it is his favorite. Scale will be up tomorrow but then I will be diligent again. I’ve got the wedding coming up and I don’t want to look like swine in my dress! I’ve got to stay on top of this glucose issue too.
