    Congrats, thanks for sharing your story.younlook amazing. My story is similiar, I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and hypothyroid. And I also fell into depression and used it as an excuse to comfort eat and sit on my butt because it hurts to move well guess what it hurts not to move also.....way to go

    I cut my calories back to 1200, I hit a plateau, raised them to about 1500, cut carbs back, added protein. :) Cut all bad stuff out, at clean :)
