Ah, man, wish I would have calcuulated this yesterday!
Long version:
It's based on pretty darn conservative estimates, but does include some stretching time. Also if there's no end time, things like planks aren't counted as hold+rest time (30 min), just by hold time (ex. 1 min+ 1min 3 sec).
So...
23.25 hrs when leaving some things out
23.76 hrs when giving really conservative estimates for workouts where I forgot to write the end time.
In reality I've probably done it, but I don't have solid proof.
The second estimate is short by fewer than fifteen minutes.
It's strange how many of us are so close. I would have expected it to vary more.0 -
