Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    6/5 All of these comments have me eager. “The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the upmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” - Eleanor Roosevelt - current weight: 171.4 (lost 1.6 last 7 days) - current water intake: 112oz. - Workout - 15 min. Moderate rowing, 16 min low impact aerobics, 2.5 mile hike - sore but had quality rest and feeling optimistic.

    First time participating. I have bounced up and down with my weight. I would like to get healthier in general I just started on BP medicine and that kind of was a kick in the gut that I need to do something about my weight.
