    @musicsax Yes--increasing slowly is key--and I think what I did this week was a HIIT routine that involved some jumping. At this weight, probably not wise to jump even with good shoes and arch inserts...now I have to nurse my foot until the soreness goes away! I like the feeling of getting stronger and sometimes this makes me do unwise things--gotta watch that.
