My blood pressure ran low all day yesterday. About 98/52 most of the day and evening. This morning running about the same again. I have no idea if I should be taking the BP meds when it runs this low. Anyone happen to know anything about that? I’ll also google what I can.

Hi Donna! Glad to see that you and your son are out walking, I think that's great! Please call your doctor and ask about your BP med when it's testing that low. Please don't trust Dr Google.

Thank you for the hugs. So glad to see you back on the thread.

I knew this would happen but I am still struggling watching those numbers. I need to relax and do what I know I should be doing. Just have that nagging fear in the back of my head that it will keep going up.

07/20-199.8-(Trend Weight 200.2)- Still not doing anything any differently but it’s finally turning back around. In fact, no water pill yesterday, no TMI x 2 today and a little less exercise/movement yesterday, but here I am, dipping into the Onederland pool again. People are slowly starting to re-enter my daily life. Gotta stay the course here!

07/21-199.0-(Trend Weight 200.1)- Nice drop on the scale. My son and I danced for 23 minutes last night. I also rode on the stationary bike for 16 minutes. My blood pressure is still staying really low after the Covid recovery. I called the cardiologist office yesterday for advice on taking/not taking my meds but no call back. I have not taken them in 2 nights now. Even without the meds the numbers are running around 95/52. Sometimes a bit lower even. My BPM’s remain good at 88-92. I am back to babysitting my DGS on weekends starting in the morning. I can’t wait to see him tonight!

07/03: 190.3 - Zumba day! It was so fun!
07/04: 190.3 - Plantar fasciitis triggered again. It's so frustrating. Focus on creating routines.
07/05: 190.5 - Big meal for fireworks celebration and pre-braces meal for my kids.
07/06: 190.2 - Work out included cycling and a beginner weight lifting session.
07/07: 189.9 - Three doctor's appointments in one day and work in the evening.
    07/08: 189.4
    07/09: 191.4 - A hungry day. High sodium.

07/14: DNW - I went to the local YMCA and took a step class.
07/15: DNW - Traveling back home. My calves and so sore!
07/16: 191.4 - I figured on this post traveling. Went to a Zumba class with still sore calves. Lol!
07/17: 188.6 - Not sure that I trust this number.
07/18: 190.3 - Yeah, I knew that number was odd.

07/20: 191.6 - Salty Pho broth and belated bday cake.
07/21: 190.8 - I went to the gym twice today because the first workout class ended up being more of a learn a few dance moves than actually dancing and getting my heart rate up. So much of my weight is around my belly and it feels so uncomfortable.

    July goal - 190

    7/4 - 194.8
7/5 DNW. Currently pouring outside (which is very much needed) so will likely do a treadmill walk
    7/15 - 196.8
    7/16 - 196.8
    7/17 - 196.6
    7/18 - 196.2
    7/19 - 196.4
    7/20 - 195.6
7/21 - 194.4 I have no idea what's happening. Perhaps I'm dropping water from my muscles? Perhaps I'm dropping off water from the vacation gluten indulgences?
7/22 - 195.6 ah, there we go, my dear friend 'bounce up'. Too much to hope for a new low. geesh!
