    Favorite Fall Ex is walking- love the leaves, the cooler air, the softer, yet crisper light! Its invigorating.

    SW: 122.6 (second time returning to MFP; first SW was 129)

    GW (for Sept): 117.5 (focusing on maintaining/gaining muscle and just losing fat)

    This last week has been rough. Wedding, company event, and a day in Amsterdam...Lots of food. I logged everything as best as I could, and know I would have lost more if it hadn't been for the bad days....still, I'm happy with the little bit of loss that I had. :-)

    Saw this challenge just now but I lost 5 since moving back to school sept 1. Running 4-5 times a week. Yoga once or twice. Plus tons of walking to and from classes and tons of stairs.
