Hello everyone!
Technically I'm not spanking new because I was here 7 years ago when MFP helped me lose 60 lbs. by food logging. But I am now 7 lbs. above my ideal body weight so now I am back.
I not only log my calories, but I do 40 to 50 minutes of yoga 4 to 5 days a week. I also do approximately 8 to 9 minutes of stairclimbing 5 days a week.
The yoga gives me youthful flexibility and bendiness (I am 62). And the stairclimbing gives me strength and stamina.
I wish you all great luck on your health and weight loss journeys. And God Bless You All.
