Mid-30s and looking to tighten things up

I'm re-starting my fitness schedule and looking for friends at all stages to motivate each other! Moved across the country this year, didn't gain weight, but definitely got out of my routine and wanting to build back some muscle I've lost.

I workout with free weights and a rowing machine. Just recently trying out pilates to see how I like it in the mix. I don't log food frequently, but love to post meals that keep me happy and meal prep.

    Just got back to using the app lost 30lbs but over the year gained back want lose it again and keep it off. Would love some accountability friends to keep me on track and motivated
