    Day 88-11/13-198.2-(Trend weight 199.2) Expected bloat but it’s never nice to see it on the scale. It was a very good day yesterday. DGS kept me on my toes. Calories were low and movement was high so I think progress was made. Traveling twice this upcoming week. Dentist changed appt to Tues and back out with friend for another procedure on Thurs. Last week did no damage after the travel. I’ll try to be just as careful. I’m working hard to make those out-of-town temptations easier to handle. Tuesday my friend and I may take the boys with us and visit a steak house in the destination area. It is her son’s birthday this week. There may be chicken alfredo involved here but we shall see.

    I have gained weight in 4 out of the last 5 100s
    I enjoy being on this journey with y'all. Weight loss requires a lot of work! We are worth it though.
    I aim to have an average of 500 calories in the Green each day, so I track my excess. I get in a good deal of activity and dance workouts. Like, if you had to pick a body type that you wanted to have, you do that sort of activity I think. Dance for me unlocks my creaky joints, lifts my spirits, stretches me out, works all of the muscles and is super fun. I do the 3-4 minute song variety, it keeps me up with what the "kids" are listening to : - )

The most that I have ever lost in the 100 day challenge was 7 pounds once. In the 7 100s in which I actually lost weight it was more like 2-3 pounds loss over 100 days

The most that I have ever lost in the 100 day challenge was 7 pounds once. In the 7 100s in which I actually lost weight it was more like 2-3 pounds loss over 100 days

    I enjoy being on this journey with y'all. Weight loss requires a lot of work! We are worth it though.
    I aim to have an average of 500 calories in the Green each day, so I track my excess. I get in a good deal of activity and dance workouts. Like, if you had to pick a body type that you wanted to have, you do that sort of activity I think. Dance for me unlocks my creaky joints, lifts my spirits, stretches me out, works all of the muscles and is super fun. I do the 3-4 minute song variety, it keeps me up with what the "kids" are listening to : - )

Eating good stuff out of my garden harvest. I have late work nights for the next 2, not a good recipe for my weight gains at all. I don't feel out of control or like giving up, but my weight sure feels like it is way out of control.

    @ashleycarole86 Thanks Ashley! I'm up a bit today after the travel. But 198 used to be my "good non-travel, after medication weight. Now it's my high weight after restaurants and no meds! That shows me progress has been made. It's hard to gauge but that is a for sure! I'm going to take the ball and run with it!

    I am also glad that you didn't wait until the next round to do so.
    Yes, logging everything is the way to go for sure, good bad or ugly.
    Accountability to ourselves, figuring out where we can make tiny changes that add up over time. It works. Having said that, the weight loss journey sure is hard!
