Motivation needed!!

Hi,

I am a 32 year old mum of 1 who is finally get back on track, aiming to lose 2stone and get back into my regular healthy habits.

I am a full time paramedic student so life is a bit hectic but I have taken the plunge to get myself into better shape than I am now,

I would love to get some friends on MFP so I can follow and track other food diaries for inspiration!

    Hi,

    I could help with the friends part, but at the moment my food diary is unbelievably uninspiring. Had some surgery that went bad, so for now I have to make do with nutrition drinks. New surgery planned for this winter. So not much solid food for the next couple of months.
    Before that I was mostly into LCHF or at least a low carb intake. What is your preferred method of calorie deficiency?
