    Only 2 days until our September start!
    As part of my “Get it together” plan, I’ve started logging again. Yesterday I logged my breakfast and lunch, so that’s a good start. Today my goal is to log everything. I also weighed in yesterday and today. This is the beginning of good and healthy habits.

    Here we go! This is the first day of our fresh start. 🍃

    September starting weight: 255.5
    🍃Daily goals: Log and weigh in Daily
    🍃Monthly goals: Exercise/ Dance/ Walk/
    🍃Move at least 15 minutes each day

    Tomorrow is a new day. This is a guilt free zone. If you go over… log your calories… and move forward. We are striving for progress, not perfection. ❤️

    Day 1 is done and dusted. I logged everything today, and although I was over my calories, I still feel good taking the first step. For exercise I mowed the lawn and got over 13,000 steps in. I’m exhausted 😴. See you tomorrow.

    Daily goals: log everything before eating, not after (will not be easy); close all rings on Apple watch; do my daily planks, isometrics and reps (posting in the planking challenge)
    Monthly goals: get back to working with free weights; lose 3 lbs
    Weekly weigh in or Daily weigh in: on Mondays

    Oops forgot to come here But here goes
    Sept. 1st was 200
    So back on Monday with my weight.
    No bread for a week today and all is good.
    My blood sugar # mean more to me than the scale.
    Good luck We will see ourselves all lighter come october.

    September 2-3: did all daily tasks, started including a few weighted reps in my routine too
