    Total so far 24hr 12 mins. I’ve completed my goal to hit 24 hrs this month, according to Apple Fitness I did 44 hours in September, so I’ll see if I’m close to that again at the end of October

    10/22- 60min walked to race- ran 5k- walked home. Probably was more then 1/2 hour of walking with a 32 minute run (lol no PR for me) but I’m ok rounding the whole thing to 60min.
