22.25/24hrs Very happy with this considering I started late in the month! I also didn’t count my activities outside of intentional exercise. Lol I run a small gardening company so I spend a minimum of 4hrs most days raking, digging, weeding and lifting things! I NEED purposeful exercise so that I’m fit enough to do my job forever!2 -

My Apple Watch states I recorded 37 hours 22 mins of exercise over 74 workouts.2 -
November 1: 1 hr cardio 15 min planks
November 2: 20 min planks etc
November 3: 40 min walking 20 min planks and reps
Total: 2 hrs 35 min/24+0 -
November 4: 45 min cardio, 30 min bodyweight strength
Total: 3 hrs 50 min/24+0 -

2/11 - 2 hr 52 min walk

Hey sorry y'all works been super busy and hectic. Been doing about 14+ hours at work so when I go get home I'm exhausted. I have tomorrow off so.... hopefully I'll get the challenges posted, My apologies.2
