Logging your food here, and reviewing your diary and nutrition stats regularly, is a great way to learn about the nutrition in what you're eating, and tweak your eating patterns over time to make improvements. There are lots of good threads here, and a few knowledgeable people, so don't be afraid to ask questions in the Community about things you're finding difficult or confusing. In many cases, there will be differences of opinion in the answers, but I believe most people here truly want to help. If you look at the diverse opinions, they'll usually give you some ideas of things you can experiment with, to find your own best path.
