Hi, I just joined MyFitnessPal pal and am glad to be here.

I became a vegan (WFPB) in 2011 when I was diagnosed with a cardiac artery obstruction. The diet cleared out the obstruction, and I’m doing great, but I want to make it a little better and increase my exercise and fitness. I’d also like to lose another 7 pounds and get into the bottom range of the normal bmi. My nutritionist recommended MyFitnessPal
